We are thrilled to announce that The Wayfinding Centre is one of 14 innovative organizations awarded funding under the Rethink Ireland Disability Participation and Awareness Fund 2024, a one-year €2.4 million fund dedicated to driving urgent change for people with disabilities.
This funding will empower us to expand our Disability Awareness Training at our world-first facility, enhancing our ability to accelerate access and skills-building for individuals with disabilities. The Disability Participation and Awareness Fund 2024, created in partnership with the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth (DCEDIY), supports vital programmes, services, and products across Ireland, with the goal of increasing impact and fostering inclusion.
