The Wayfinding Centre’s Lunch & Learn pilot programme is a series of events designed to explore key themes such as transport, mobility, accessibility, inclusion and design, delivered through talks by guest speakers.
These lunchtime sessions provide a space for anyone with an interest in the built environment, including professionals, students, community members or advocates, to come together to learn, share ideas and discuss real-world challenges and solutions.
We were delighted to launch the series in May with a fantastic session led by Glenn Hingerty, Chartered Civil Engineer and Assistant Lecturer at TU Dublin. Glenn explored the challenges of tactile paving, prompting thoughtful discussion around design, safety and accessibility in the public realm.
It was brilliant to see such a diverse group gathered in our Connection Café, sharing insights and making connections.
